Ateres seeks to reach the entire בת ישראל. The atmosphere will pulsate with a spirit of שמחת החיים and יראת שמים modeled by a staff of exemplary mechanchos. Relevant lessons and programming at Ateres will embrace the talmidah’s full experience, inspiring her heart while engaging her mind. Middos tovos are a central focus of Ateres, which will be developed throughout the classroom, hallways, schoolwide themes, and ימי עיון. Ateres will foster a culture of collaboration in which the talmidah can feel heard, supported and understood. Ateres will cultivate the confidence, tools and wholesome environment for today’s talmidah to take pride in her identity as a bas yisrael.
More about Mrs. Shoshana Sofer:
Mrs. Sofer attended Bais Yaakov of Baltimore and graduated from Bais Sarah Schenirer in Manchester, England.
Following her marriage, Mrs. Sofer spent seven years directing a highly regarded Gan in Yerushalayim. Nine years ago, she returned to Baltimore, where she founded and has since served as Principal of the preschool at K’hal Chassidim Baltimore.
Mrs. Sofer is excited and honored to play a role in building this exceptional girls’ school and helping shape the future of Torah education in the Baltimore community.

Mrs. Morgan has worked with students from grades one through twelve, with a particular passion for chinuch habanos and the formative lower elementary years. She is committed to partnering with parents to create a positive, nurturing, and supportive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As the mother of seven children, including a son with Down syndrome, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. Her experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams has strengthened her belief in meeting the unique needs of every child and recognizing each student’s individual strengths.
Dedicated to helping every child feel valued, confident, and inspired to learn, she believes that a strong educational foundation in the early years lays the groundwork for lifelong growth and success.
